Job summary

Lilly in Kenosha, WI seeks a Sr. Director, Parenteral Operations to lead cross-functional teams in parenteral production, ensuring GMP compliance, safety, and operational excellence.

You will mentor the Flow Lead Team, drive site strategy, and partner with Regulatory and Operational Excellence to deliver high-quality medicines. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in engineering, life sciences, or business, 10+ years pharma manufacturing experience, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, a Life Science, or Business/Operations.
• At least 10 years of experience at a pharmaceutical manufacturing site.
• At least 5 years previous management or leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership skills demonstrated in prior roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience supervising cross-functional teams within a Parenteral production environment.
• Solid understanding of quality and corporate policies.
• Familiarity with FDA, EMEA, OSHA, and EPA requirements.
• Growth mindset, adaptability, and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Parenteral Flow Team and participate in site MSOEs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence on site.
• Develop and implement site strategic and business plans.
• Mentor and coach direct reports and Flow Lead Team members.
• Achieve performance objectives and maintain a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Agencies during inspections and with other Lilly sites.
• Drive continuous improvement and project delivery within the operation.
