Qualifications

• Paralegal degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Notary Public certification and bond.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and large teams.
• Experience with contracts, corporate compliance, and IP management.

Responsibilities

• Support governance, compliance, regulatory affairs, IP, and data protection initiatives under the Global Legal Operations Manager.
• Review and analyze contracts; negotiate routine terms within guidelines; identify risks.
• Manage intellectual property portfolio: filings, renewals, monitoring, enforcement with external counsel.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive legal matters.
