Harvey is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Social to drive growth across paid media programs. You will own and scale paid social and contribute to Harvey's broader growth strategy, partnering with creative, content, and analytics teams.

You will design audience strategies, run full-funnel campaigns, and turn data into actionable insights that move pipeline and revenue globally.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of performance marketing with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience managing large paid search budgets impacting leads and pipeline.
• Strong analytical capabilities to drive decisions with data.
• Working knowledge of attribution, conversions, CRM integrations, and measurement.
• Able to define roadmaps and execute both strategically and tactically.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with marketing, sales, and ops.

Responsibilities

• Own Harvey's global paid search strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage end-to-end search performance: budget, forecasting, pacing, investment.
• Build and optimize campaigns across markets, refining structure and bids.
• Optimize ROI via bidding, search intent analysis, landing pages, and CRO.
• Stay ahead of AI-powered search experiences and new ad products.
• Develop executive-ready reports linking search to business outcomes.
• Design and execute robust experimentation across bidding, keywords, ads.
• Collaborate with Web, Design, Content, and PMM for integrated campaigns.
