Harvey is hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Social to lead the next growth stage for our enterprise AI-driven platform. You will own strategy and execution, scale campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube, and partner with creative, content, and analytics teams to maximize pipeline and revenue.

This role requires a data-driven mindset and a track record of delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or related field.
5–7+ years of experience managing paid social programs in B2B SaaS.
Deep expertise across LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube advertising platforms.
Experience building campaigns targeting enterprise buyers with long sales cycles.
Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making.
Ability to operate strategically and tactically to define roadmaps and execute.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube.
Build full-funnel programs that generate awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue for enterprise audiences.
Develop audience strategies leveraging first‑party data, ABM, lookalike modeling, and platform targeting capabilities.
Design and run experiments to identify scalable growth opportunities and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with lifecycle marketing, content, brand, and sales to integrate paid social into the customer journey.
