Job summary

Gaia is seeking a Global Paid Media Specialist to lead multi-country campaigns across Google, Meta, and influencer channels. You will optimize performance, localize messaging, and allocate budgets across regions to maximize ROAS.

The role requires strong platform expertise, multilingual capabilities (French, German, Spanish), and a collaborative approach with agency partners. On-site in Louisville, CO.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of global paid digital campaigns experience in key markets.
• Experience managing multi-country or international campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and influencer campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and attribution.
• Professional proficiency in French, German, and Spanish.
• Excellent written communication for multilingual ad copy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multi-country campaigns via agency partners.
• Develop localized campaign structures aligned to regional goals.
• Ensure tracking and attribution setup (GA4, GTM).
• Oversee multilingual ad copy localization.
• Manage budgets across markets.
• Provide cross-market insights and performance forecasting.
