Job summary

TekniPlex, a global materials science company, is seeking a Product Manager-Marketing to lead the product line using market-based approaches across divisions. The role encompasses end-to-end lifecycle ownership, roadmap development, and portfolio strategy across TekniPlex Healthcare and TekniPlex Consumer Products.

You will drive market intelligence, pricing governance, and GTM plans, collaborating with Sales, Finance, Product Marketing, and Communications. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in product management, product marketing, or commercial management in packaging, specialty chemicals, or similar manufacturing industries.
• Experience working across multiple regions or global organizations is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product plan including current portfolio ownership and future opportunities.
• Analyze portfolio performance metrics such as revenue, gross margin, volume, price realization and market share.
• Own the product roadmap and 3–5 year horizon for new introductions and portfolio rationalization.
• Establish and monitor launch KPIs including adoption, revenue ramp, and gross margin.
• Develop competitive benchmarking framework and VOC research with key partners.
• Monitor regulatory and sustainability trends affecting formulation, packaging, and positioning.
• Define pricing strategy and rebate governance for the product line.
• Develop go-to-market launch plans and sales training packages.
• Create customer-facing collateral translating capabilities into buyer value.
• Drive market connections via customer meetings and industry conferences.
