Job summary

Performance Health seeks a Manager of Global Packaging to lead and develop the packaging organization, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while aligning with strategic priorities. You will balance people leadership with hands-on execution across packaging, product, and graphics engineering teams.

You will coach a diverse team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance (FDA/EU MDR/UK/US standards).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Science.
• 7+ years packaging engineering, packaging development, or packaging operations experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or people management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (including overnight).

Responsibilities

• Lead 4+ domestic and international team members, co-ops, and interns with performance reviews and goals.
• Oversee design, documentation, BOMs, and DHFs for components or products.
• Drive manufacturing improvements, cost management, and packaging/process optimization.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Packaging, Product, and Graphics Engineering.
