Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an International Consumer Brands Graphics Project Manager to lead packaging graphics for international markets. You will manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, connecting global, regional, local, and agency partners to meet design intent and cost targets.

You will drive continuous improvements in graphics processes, workflows, and systems, ensuring high quality and timely delivery across regions with a focus on First Arrival Date and regional print quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Communications, Art & Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience managing complex timelines, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional deliverables.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage ICB graphics project timelines from ideation through Design Intent delivery, aligning with priorities and FAD commitments.
• Provide stakeholders with visibility to status, priorities, risks, and deliverables across the portfolio.
• Lead handoff of Design Intent and graphics to regional/local teams with clear ownership and expectations.
• Identify and resolve cross-market conflicts, facilitate decisions and mitigations when priorities collide.
• Manage artwork workflows, reviews, approvals, and assets within WebCenter, DAM, and related systems.
• Engage RPQM and other peers early to ensure feasibility and reduce delays/costs.
• Drive agency adherence to brand and graphics standards and guidelines.
• Monitor graphics performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
