Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Global Packaging & Product Graphics Specialist for an onsite role in Toledo, OH. The position offers $40/hr (W2) for a 1-year assignment with potential for extension based on performance and business need.

You will coordinate multiple packaging and product graphics projects, manage timelines, reviews, approvals, and follow-ups, while supporting packaging artwork, labels, brand updates, launches, and transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in packaging, product graphics, brand management, marketing operations, project coordination, or related field.
• Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholder reviews, and approval workflows simultaneously.
• Packaging artwork, product labeling, print production, or creative production experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with artwork revisions, dielines, proofing, final art files, and production-ready files.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple packaging and product graphics projects, managing timelines, deliverables, artwork reviews, approvals, and follow-ups.
• Support packaging artwork, product labels, brand updates, product launches, and packaging transitions.
• Coordinate artwork revisions, proofing, file management, and approval workflows to ensure deliverables meet brand standards and production deadlines.
• Work with external designers, agencies, printers, and suppliers to support packaging development and production.
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items while communicating status updates to stakeholders.
• Review artwork and packaging files for accuracy, identifying labeling, design, and production errors before final approval.
• Maintain project documentation, specifications, and digital asset libraries while helping improve workflows and processes.
• Support packaging and brand implementation initiatives across multiple business segments as priorities change.
