Job summary

Hims & Hers seeks a meticulous Production Artist to join a remote, Europe-based role within a U.S.-centric creative team. You’ll transform packaging concepts into flawless, press-ready files, drive dielines, color accuracy, and vendor-ready outputs across formats and materials.

You will own file prep, organization, and production workflows, rolling out font updates and maintaining templates. Collaboration with graphic, structural, and CMF designers is essential for consistency and quality.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in print and packaging production design.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Strong working knowledge of Figma and translating digital designs into print-ready files.

Responsibilities

• Own the production design process from concept to print-ready files.
• Manage production workflows, vendor specs, color standards, and dielines.
• Maintain organized asset libraries, version control, and clear documentation.
• Create and maintain production templates and reference materials to support the team.
