Job summary

Sol de Janeiro is seeking a Manager, Packaging Artwork & Execution to translate approved packaging concepts into production-ready artwork and maintain brand integrity across materials.

You will own governance, workflows, and final-file readiness, collaborating with Design, Engineering, Regulatory, Product Development, Supply Chain, Production, Master Data, and external partners to ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and supply continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Graphic Communications, Project Management, or related field.
• 8+ years in packaging artwork, packaging operations, or related functions.
• Experience managing artwork development from concept to production release.
• Strong understanding of packaging print processes and color approvals.
• Experience managing external artwork agencies and suppliers.
• Knowledge of regulatory artwork requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead DTO phase translation of concepts into production-ready artwork files.
• Own artwork execution standards, workflows, and final release processes.
• Build scalable artwork workflows, version control, and documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee post-launch artwork changes and BOM updates.
• Lead and develop packaging artwork resources and manage budgets.
