Job summary

CSL Behring seeks a Global Automation Engineering & Technology Head to define and execute the enterprise OT strategy for manufacturing and QC systems, ensuring compliance, scalability and data-driven operations. You will lead a global CoE, advance ISA/S88 guidelines, and partner with suppliers to drive modernization across sites.

You will oversee Tier 1 capital projects and global OT platforms, building capabilities, setting standards, and guiding cross-functional teams across I&T, Operations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an Engineering, Automation, Computer Science or local equivalent.
• 15+ years of work experience, with at least 5 years in execution systems, OT, IT and operations.
• Experience in process automation, MES and batch manufacturing standards (ISA S88 & S95).
• Proven ability to influence at all organizational levels and lead global teams.
• Experience with validated, compliant manufacturing environments (FDA/GxP).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global OT strategy and roadmap.
• Provide lifecycle ownership for OT platforms (OSIPI, LIMS, MES, Edge, configuration management).
• Lead OT governance and architecture; ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and Annex 11.
• Oversee Tier 1 capital projects and Tier 2/3 site projects.
• Lead the OT Center of Excellence and develop capabilities.
• Develop Strategic OT supplier partnerships.
