Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking an Automation Supplier Execution Lead to govern local OT services and partner governance across regulated manufacturing environments. You will align with global governance, manage master service agreements, and oversee lifecycle commitments spanning PCS, MES, LIMS and OSI PI platforms.

The role requires extensive experience in OT execution systems, regulatory compliance, and cross-cultural collaboration within biopharma manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ work experience in execution systems, OT, IT and operations.
• Experience in process automation, MES and ISA S88 & S95.
• Experience designing, deploying automation and execution systems in regulated manufacturing.
• Ability to work across countries and cultures.
• Strong project management skills in biopharma manufacturing.
• Functional knowledge of cGMPs and regulated operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern local OT partner governance and shared service models.
• Define interfaces between partners, shared services, and internal teams.
• Monitor partner governance, costs, reviews, escalations and approvals.
• Drive compliance with GxP, safety and regulatory expectations.
• Oversee contracts, MSAs, quality plans, and maintenance agreements.
• Ensure lifecycle alignment for OT platforms (PCS, MES, LIMS, OSI PI).
• Track KPIs, conduct partner reviews, and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate across global and site stakeholders for right-sized services.
