Job summary

CSL is seeking an Automation Supplier Execution Lead to govern local OT partner governance and shared services across PCS, MES, PLC, Lab Instrument, and SCADA platforms in a regulated manufacturing environment.

The role reports to the Site Automation Head and drives SLA adherence, lifecycle alignment, and contract management with global and local stakeholders. Strong PM and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

10+ years in execution systems, OT and IT/operations.
Experience in process automation, MES and ISA S88/S95 standards.
Direct experience designing, building and supporting automation in regulated manufacturing.
Ability to work across countries and cultures.
Strong project management in biopharma engineering projects.
Knowledge of cGMPs in regulated facilities.

Responsibilities

Govern local OT partner framework and shared service model.
Monitor and govern master service agreements, quality plans and service levels.
Define roles and interfaces between partners, shared services and internal teams.
Ensure partner governance practices; review escalations and approvals.
Drive lifecycle alignment for OT platforms (PCS, MES, OSI PI, LIMS).
Oversee contracting templates and local adoption of MSAs and SLAs.
Manage partner project delivery quality and governance for OT projects.
Coordinate with global and site stakeholders to align services with roadmaps.
