Job summary

UVS Games in Seattle seeks an Organized Play Operations Specialist to own the backbone of its global event circuit. You will coordinate venues, staffing, contracts, and budgets for Riftbound regional and continental events across NA, LATAM, APAC, and EMEA.

This role demands meticulous planning, proactive vendor management, and steady communication across time zones. Remote candidates may be considered for exceptional talent, but Seattle-based presence is preferred to anchor operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in event operations, event coordination, logistics, or a similar operational support role.

Responsibilities

• Event backbone: maintain the operational foundation of every event on our global calendar (ship sheets, hotel bookings, venue files, and the pre-event readiness checklist).
• Venue & partner coordination: manage day-to-day coordination with venue and event partners, timelines, paperwork, and follow-up.
• Internal staffing logistics: coordinate internal staffing and crew logistics for premier events (travel, accommodation, on-site scheduling).
• Contract & invoice administration: maintain contracts, collect signatures, track expiry, and process invoices with Legal and Finance.
• Prizing logistics: manage shipment planning, deadlines, tracking, and inventory follow-up.
• Budget tracking: raise POs, track spend, flag overruns, and deliver regular reports to the Sr. Premier Play Manager.
• Operational records: keep event docs organized and findable.
