Fanatics is searching for a Director of Organized Play in Seattle to lead strategic development and execution of organized play programs for our trading card games. This role demands a passionate leader who balances competitive integrity with accessibility to foster a thriving player community.
You'll design events from casual game nights to premier championships, collaborate with teams across the company, and continuously improve metrics that drive player engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in competitive gaming and a passion for delivering outstanding player experiences.

You understand organized play as one of the most powerful levers a TCG has: it builds community, drives product engagement, and defines the competitive identity of a game. You’re ready to build organized play systems that bring the joy of community and competition to players around the world.
All employees of Fanatics TCG are expected to be onsite in our Seattle office five days per week.
Seattle Salary Range: $173,650 – $216,200 USD
