Job summary

CFS, Madison, WI, is seeking a Global Order to Cash Manager to lead the O2C function and support a broad product launch and future growth. You will partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Legal, Accounting, and external trading partners to drive cross-functional alignment and operational excellence.

The role offers an opportunity to implement policies, KPIs, and ERP best practices, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and scalable processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• MBA or CPA is a plus.
• Experience in bio-tech/life sciences is beneficial.
• Order to Cash or Shared Services experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish, lead, and scale the global Order-to-Cash function to support product launch and growth.
• Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Legal, Accounting, and external trading partners to drive alignment and excellence.
• Develop and oversee O2C policies, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee execution of customer terms, rebates, and related activities with compliance.
• Implement ERP best practices to optimize O2C processes and data integrity.

Responsibilities Of The Global Order To Cash Manager

• Establish, lead, and scale the global Order-to-Cash (O2C) function to support the company’s initial commercial product launch and enable future business growth and expansion.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to Commercial, Supply Chain, Market Access, Legal, Accounting, and external trading partners to drive cross-functional alignment and operational excellence.
• Develop, implement, and oversee O2C policies, procedures, key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
• Oversee the operational execution of commercial agreements, customer terms, rebate programs, and related activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and alignment with business objectives.
• Establish and implement ERP system best practices to optimize O2C processes, strengthen internal controls, improve data integrity, and drive process standardization and automation.

Experience Preferred For The Global Order To Cash Manager

• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or other areas
• MBA/CPA Welcomed
• Experience in Bio-Tech, Life Sciences, or similar industries
• Order to Cash or Shared Services industry experience
• MS Dynamics D365

Compensation: $115,000 - $130,000 Base + Bonus + Equity
