Job summary

Stafford Gray seeks an experienced Test Program Manager to drive enterprise testing for Oracle Fusion programs across US, UK, and Canada. You will own the testing lifecycle, develop strategies, and coordinate external resources to ensure regulatory readiness.

You will oversee multi-region testing efforts, manage vendor relationships (HSB, Protiviti), and report progress to senior stakeholders with clear executive updates. Remote work is supported for this contract role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in testing, QA leadership, or test program management.
• Experience leading testing for Oracle Fusion / Oracle ERP programs.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle for Oracle Fusion Central, Fusion Local (HSB), and Quarter in Arrears programs.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and testing documentation, with a strong focus on Fusion Local.
• Oversee and coordinate third-party testing resources, including HSB and Protiviti.
• Partner with business track leads and SMEs to ensure all business and regulatory requirements are fully tested.
• Track testing progress, defects, risks, and dependencies across regions.
• Provide clear status updates and escalations to the Program Manager and senior stakeholders.
