Job summary

The Stafford Gray Group is seeking an experienced Test Program Manager to lead enterprise testing across the US, UK, and Canada for multiple Oracle Fusion programs. You will own test strategy, oversight, vendor coordination, and executive reporting in a remote contract role.

Responsibilities include developing test plans, coordinating with third-party testing resources, and ensuring regulatory requirements are thoroughly tested with stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in testing, QA leadership, or test program management.
• Experience leading testing for Oracle Fusion / Oracle ERP programs.
• Strong understanding of financial or enterprise business processes.
• Proven experience managing vendors or external testing partners.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle for Oracle Fusion Central and related programs.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and testing documentation.
• Oversee third-party testing resources, including HSB and Protiviti.
• Coordinate with business track leads and SMEs to ensure regulatory requirements are tested.
• Track testing progress, defects, risks, and dependencies across regions.
• Provide clear status updates and escalations to the Program Manager and senior stakeholders.
