Job summary

Roche is seeking a Global Ops Strategy Lead to drive long-term capacity planning, footprint optimization, and global investment roadmaps across manufacturing, supply chain and R&D.

You will partner with the executive team to govern strategic initiatives, align Make vs. Buy decisions, localization transfers, and enterprise architecture to maximize enterprise value, while leading cross-functional teams and presenting insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering is required.
• MBA or equivalent Master's degree is highly preferred.
• Proven leadership across Procurement, Manufacturing and Supply Chain is essential.

Responsibilities

• Govern robust strategy initiatives and governance frameworks across the global network.
• Own long-term capacity planning (LTCP) and global CAPEX roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Supply Chain and R&D to deliver strategic initiatives.
