Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho is seeking an Operations Portfolio Management Office (OPMO) Project Manager to lead strategic programs and drive operational excellence across OCT and company-wide initiatives.

The role partners with fabs, PMO, and functional leaders to ensure timely delivery, measurable business outcomes, and ongoing process improvements through structured project management methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience working on cross-functional projects with multiple partners and organizational impact.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement global, cross-functional programs and projects aligned to OCT and company objectives
• Develop and manage project scope, goals, timelines, resources, and performance metrics
• Establish governance frameworks to track progress, risks, and changes, and take corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with partners, including fabs, PMO, and functional leaders, to drive alignment and successful delivery
• Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and performance outcomes
• Mentor and support project managers while contributing to continuous improvement of project management methodologies
• Build strong relationships across global teams and deliver presentations on project updates and initiatives
