Job summary

SMTC Corporation is seeking a Director of Operational Excellence in Melbourne, FL, to drive the global OE strategy and governance across manufacturing sites. You will lead Lean/Six Sigma programs, establish standards, and partner with site leadership to close performance gaps and reduce waste.

With 7+ years in manufacturing/operations, you will develop capability, build dashboards, quantify benefits, and mentor leaders while advancing a culture of continuous improvement and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or Business.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt required; Master Black Belt preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive manufacturing/operational experience with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global Operational Excellence strategy and roadmap.
• Lead deployment of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies across locations.
• Build KPI dashboards and track financial benefits in partnership with Finance.
• Lead change management and cross-functional collaboration.
