Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Process Improvement Consultant (PIC) to join the Operational Excellence (OPEX) Team. You will drive productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency improvements across distribution centers and act as a local SME for process improvement methodologies.

You will analyze data, lead Kaizen events, facilitate change, and coach site personnel, balancing network standards with local needs and reporting progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a supply chain or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Kaizen Leader certification preferred.
• 4+ years in process improvement or related disciplines.
• Experience in large-scale distribution center environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support network-wide process improvement strategies across distribution centers.
• Lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis workshops.
• Analyze data and KPIs to identify opportunities in receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and QIC.
• Train and mentor site personnel on CI tools and methodologies.
• Monitor KPIs and report trends to site leadership.
