Job summary

Nouryon in Houston seeks a Global Director, Operational Excellence COE to define strategy, standards, and governance for Nouryon’s global OpEx program. This senior role owns the organizational design, frameworks, methodologies, and capability pipelines that enable sustainable continuous improvement across 63 manufacturing sites in the ISC across three regions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Operational Excellence or manufacturing leadership across multiple sites.
• Master Black Belt or Black Belt in Lean/Six Sigma with certification.
• Experience leading large, matrixed, multi-regional organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define global OpEx methodology, standards, and governance across 63 sites.
• Lead ISC Learning & Development and end‑to‑end process management.
• Drive manufacturing excellence frameworks including OEE and TPM.
• Lead a distributed COE with nine direct reports and regional accountability.
