Job summary

Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an Operations Support to handle incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and update shipment statuses. You will monitor emails, perform data entry, support Pilot stations and cartage agents, and follow published procedures for NCS accounts.

The role offers 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday, with competitive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to all callers

• Master outside customer applications

JOB SUMMARY

Pay Range

$26-$28 per hour

*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.*
