Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in industrial engineering, operations, or logistics.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Hardware Operations & Supply chain with 4+ years in leadership.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in BI reporting.
• Understanding of statistics, operations research and transport optimization.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork and clear communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and drive results.
• Flexible hours to support a global operations organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead external supply chain operations and internal operations teams.
• Monitor KPIs like on-time delivery (OTD) and MTTR; drive continuous improvements.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, distribution, and customer service.
• Coordinate with planning, production, shipping, and procurement to meet orders.
