Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. is seeking a Manager, Operations to lead global supply chain activities including forecasting, material planning, warehousing, inventory, distribution and customer service.

You will oversee third-party logistics, coordinate with planning, production, and procurement, and drive end-to-end process improvements. The role emphasizes leadership of a team of operations professionals, strong analytics, and collaboration with multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery and cost

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial engineering or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Hardware Operations & Supply chain with 4+ years in leadership.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with self-service BI reporting.
• Understanding of statistics, optimization of transportation networks.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to leaders and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational activities with leadership to support business objectives.
• Analyze data and metrics to evaluate performance.
• Direct inbound/outbound logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing.
• Manage daily fulfillment of customer shipments with third-party logistics providers.
• Coordinate with planning, production, shipping, and procurement to meet order requirements.
• Evaluate and improve business procedures to meet objectives.
• Own risk decisions to balance competing priorities and monitor KPIs like OTD and MTTR.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
• Create end-to-end supply chain policies and procedures.
• Plan material flow systems to meet production needs.
• Assess logistics to optimize cost, timing and reliability.
• Implement customer-specific reporting or transport metrics.
• Monitor import/export processes for regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate transportation rates/services and supplier terms.
• Drive improvements to logistics systems and processes.
• Recommend and implement new technology where appropriate.
• Develop risk management programs for supply continuity.
• Collaborate with sales, order management, accounting, and quality teams.
• Oversee comprehensive logistics activities across product life cycles.
• Lead a team of operations specialists.
