Job summary

The programme provides extensive formal training at start, on-the-job learning, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with completion between September 2027 and July 2028.
• On track for a minimum 2:2 degree.
• Available to join June 2027 to August 2027.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a prerequisite.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of the products, services and operational processes that support the bank and its clients
• Analyse data, identify trends and contribute to business insights, process reviews and operational excellence initiatives
• Develop an understanding of risk management, controls, governance and regulatory requirements
• Support project delivery, business analysis and stakeholder engagement activities
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations and updates for business partners and senior stakeholders
• Depending on your team, gain exposure to the lifecycle of credit products and transactions, or support strategic transformation, governance and regulatory reporting activities
