Job summary

Kimberly-Clark USA is seeking an Operations Specialist to help optimize spare parts supply, inventory levels, and process improvements across our global operations. You will work with manufacturing, engineering and stores to balance stock and costs while maintaining safety and compliance.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, analytics reporting, and collaboration with external service providers and internal customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics Data Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven problem solving.
• Experience with Data Science or analytical tools including Excel, Access and VBA.
• SAP subject matter expertise and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• 5+ years in operational roles in manufacturing, logistics, or related environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain management tools, analytics and reporting on a global basis.
• Monitor Inventory Health and Inventory Management performance.
• Ensure Export Compliance and Internal Control Compliance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities in repair/warranty areas.
• Provide training and subject matter expertise in stores and spare parts management.
• Lead small cross-functional projects and coach team members.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and stores to optimize spare parts stocking.
• Support procurement teams and ensure safe, compliant operations.
