Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Senior Manager/Director-level leader for Global Production Planning to translate demand signals into actionable global plans. You will drive S&OP processes, capacity planning, and risk management across a worldwide factory network, partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure predictable delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
10+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain planning, manufacturing operations, or related functions.
5+ years of people leadership experience managing professional planning teams.
Experience leading S&OP, capacity planning, demand/supply balancing, or integrated business planning processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of global production planning strategies that align demand, objectives and capabilities across the global factory network.
Drive S&OP processes, capacity planning, recovery strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop scenario-based capacity plans and provide strategic recommendations to support growth and market changes.
Lead, develop, and mentor a team of production planning professionals with a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Product Management, and executives to deliver data-driven insights and updates.
