• Ability to advise senior management and partner government counterparts.

• Provide SME on public financial management systems in partner countries, with focus on health financing.
• Develop and institutionalize procedures for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for health sector investments.
• Advise senior management and partner government counterparts on PFM implementation strategies and reform priorities.
• Assist in the coordination with USG Technical Working Groups on PFM and health financing.
• Deliver technical guidance and training materials for capacity building in partner countries.
