Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a strategic transformation professional to drive regional GOM initiatives across the AME region. You will translate priorities into actionable plans and lead operating model assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

In this role you will collaborate with regional stakeholders, track KPIs and risks, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value while supporting scalable transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Experience in Operations, Business Improvement, Transformation, Strategy Execution, or Operational Excellence.
• Experience in cross-functional and regional/global organizations.
• Experience implementing and supporting change initiatives in operational environments.
• Deep knowledge of operational workflows, performance management, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in renewable energy, service operations, or industrial environments.
• Fluent in English.

• Build alignment and close collaboration with regional leadership teams.
• Ensure initiatives deliver measurable operational and business value.
