Fawkes Energy seeks an Executive Vice President, Global Operations to lead and integrate worldwide operations, spanning manufacturing, supply chain, and project delivery. Position Overview
The Executive Vice President (EVP) of Global Operations is a member of the company’s senior executive team, with overall responsibility for formulating and executing global operations strategies. This role leads core functions including global business operations, supply chain management, manufacturing, project delivery, operational technology, quality management, and continuous improvement. The EVP is responsible for establishing a unified global operations management system, optimizing cross-regional resource allocation, and enhancing operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role ensures the efficient, stable, and sustainable development of global business operations, creating value for the company’s long‑term growth.
Formulate and implement global operations strategies aligned with the company’s overall strategy and business development goals.
Establish global operations management systems, governance frameworks, and standardized processes.
Drive the optimization of global operating models to enhance organizational execution efficiency and operational capabilities.
Develop long-term operational plans to support the company’s global expansion.
Assume overall responsibility for global business operations, including regional operations, manufacturing, project operations, and service operations.
Oversee global operational performance and ensure efficient collaboration across regional business units.
Optimize operational costs while improving profitability and resource utilization rates.
Establish unified global operational standards and best practices.
Lead global supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, and delivery systems.
Optimize the supply chain network to enhance supply stability and operational efficiency.
Establish global supplier management and strategic sourcing systems.
Ensure the timely, high-quality delivery of products and services.
Drive Lean operations, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Establish operational performance management systems and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Improve production efficiency, operational quality, and cost competitiveness.
Promote digital operations and intelligent management practices.
Oversee the execution of major global projects and the project portfolio.
Optimize global resource allocation, including personnel, capital, equipment, and technology resources.
Facilitate cross-regional project collaboration to enhance project delivery capabilities.
Manage global operational budgets and capital expenditures.
Establish global operational risk management systems and business continuity plans.
Oversee quality management systems to ensure compliance with international standards and industry regulations.
Ensure global operations comply with local laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements. Establish an EHS/ESG (Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability) management system.
Drive the implementation of ERP, MES, SCM, CRM, and global operational platforms.
Introduce digital technologies such as AI, Big Data, IoT, and RPA to enhance operational intelligence.
Advance automation and digital transformation to improve organizational operational capabilities.
Establish a data-driven operational decision-making system.
Collaborate with the CEO and senior management team to formulate corporate strategy.
Coordinate departments such as Sales, Product, R&D, Finance, HR, and Customer Success to achieve global collaborative operations.
Build a global ecosystem of partners and suppliers.
Support M&A integration, international expansion, and the implementation of strategic projects.
Build and lead the global operations management team.
Develop global operations leaders and regional management teams.
Establish performance management and succession planning processes.
Foster a global operations culture characterized by high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Preferred majors: Business Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related fields.
MBA, EMBA, or relevant Master’s degree preferred.
15 years of experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, project management, or related areas.
10 years of experience in senior management roles.
Previous experience as Head of Global Operations, COO, VP of Operations, or similar executive positions.
Experience in global operations management within large multinational corporations.
Experience managing international teams and cross-regional operations is preferred.
