Job summary

Reynolds American Inc. in Winston-Salem, NC is launching its Global Graduate Program in Operations, an accelerated, entry‑level path designed to prepare you for a Lead Manager role with potential international opportunities.

As a Global Graduate, you will rotate across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Procurement, gain leadership experience, and contribute to projects that improve safety, waste reduction and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Industrial Management, Business, STEM or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Operations or related area.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Intellectual curiosity, adaptability and a results-driven mindset.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exposure to IWS, Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to relocate globally.

Responsibilities

• Owning projects that drive business and financial results across areas such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Safety, Quality, process optimization and waste reduction.
• Delivering high-quality results through collaboration, accountability and self-leadership.
• Analyzing operational challenges and recommending solutions.
• Supporting change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leading a team, depending on the assignment.
