This accelerated, entry-level opportunity develops commercial, leadership, and business capabilities through hands-on assignments and rotations across Brand Marketing, Consumer Experience, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, Insights and Commercial Strategy. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Sales, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, or a related area.
• Must be at least 21 years old by the program start date.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies, programs, and key business priorities across Marketing rotations.
• Analyze consumer, market, and business insights to identify opportunities and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Lead a strategic business analysis project focused on a real business opportunity with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with experienced Marketing professionals and cross-functional teams to improve processes and outcomes.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and participate in training and development components of the program.
