Reynolds American is expanding its Global Graduate Program in Winston-Salem, NC. This entry-level program develops leadership and functional capabilities through hands-on HR rotations in Talent & Organizational Effectiveness, HR Business Partnering, Rewards, HR Services, and Employment Law.

Participants gain exposure to HR policies, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration while preparing for a Lead Manager role within one year, with potential international opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or similar.
• At least 1–3 years of professional HR-related experience (HR, People Operations, Talent Management, or related area).
• Willingness to pursue career opportunities across BAT’s global footprint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and present clear, business-focused insights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyze data to support key HR initiatives and inform people strategies.
• Support development and implementation of programs across Talent & Organizational Effectiveness, HR Business Partnering, Rewards, HR Services, and Employee Relations.
• Contribute to early-career recruitment, learning and development, talent management, and employee services.
• Research and analyze HR policy matters, communicate policies clearly, and elevate issues when needed.
• Lead assigned projects with collaboration, accountability, and participation in training activities.
