Johnson & Johnson is offering the Global Operations Leadership Development Program (GOLD) for recent graduates and early-career professionals, a two-and-a-half-year, rotation-based program across US sites designed to build leadership in end-to-end supply chain.

Participants gain hands-on experience in operations, procurement, planning, quality and logistics, with classroom and virtual training, culminating in placement across J&J's global supply chain functions.

Qualifications

• Permanent US work authorization.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college in supply chain, business, data science or engineering, earned 2022–2027.
• Overall GPA 3.4+ (waived for internal high performers).
• Willingness to explore multifunctional assignments across a global supply chain.
• US geographic flexibility and potential relocation up to 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate how global supply chain functions connect to support the business and customers.
• Participate in planning, production and distribution of products and services.
• Maintain or improve manufacturing cost, efficiency, capacity and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal customers and external vendors to drive business outcomes.
• Learn about designing or redesigning new products.
• Maintain quality and regulatory compliance.
• Understand impact on customer experience and keep the customer at the center.
• Ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and platforms.
