Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking candidates for its Operations Leadership Development Program Associate in California (Milpitas/San Diego) or Maryland (Sparks). This three-year, full-time program rotates through major operations areas, building a broad foundation in global operations.

Participants gain hands-on, cross-functional experience, leadership coaching, and mentorship, with a path to a permanent leadership role on completion. Applicants must be US authorized and able to join June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Three-Year Rotational departments could include, but are not limited to: Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical & Industrial), Manufacturing Operations, Chemical Manufacturing Operations, Consumables, Instrumentation, Informatics, Continuous Improvement / Lean Six Sigma / Operational Excellence, Quality Assurance, Environmental, Health & Safety.
• Program Highlights include global exposure, foundational experience in global operations, leadership coaching, and a pathway to a full-time career.
• Final Placement is a full-time leadership position upon successful program completion.
