Qualifications

• Education: 4 Year Technical Degree.
• 10–15 years of high mix, low volume manufacturing and global operations experience.
• Significant international and domestic travel required.

Responsibilities

• Create global operational vision and set strategic goals.
• Lead manufacturing, assembly, planning, and logistics across facilities.
• Develop and monitor company plans to achieve objectives globally.
• Promote lean culture and Six Sigma for continuous improvement.
• Oversee talent acquisition and development for operations teams.
• Ensure adherence to PCB processes and regulatory standards.
