You will drive safe, reliable, cost-effective operations, lead lean transformation, and align manufacturing priorities with customer needs and business strategy across a diverse network.

The role requires 10+ years of manufacturing leadership, strong financial acumen, and proven capability to transform culture and performance across sites. Travel globally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead global RO/UF manufacturing performance across a multi-site network.
• Drive lean practices, daily management, standard work, and waste elimination.
• Develop integrated manufacturing plans aligned to growth, margins, and delivery.
• Sponsor capital investments with cross-functional review and data support.
• Partner with Commercial to align on customer needs and value creation.
