Job summary

MAQ Software seeks a Business Operations Executive to oversee daily operations, budget tracking, facility management, and cross-border administrative coordination for our Plano regional HQ. You will ensure smooth workflows, vendor governance, and alignment across US leadership and global offices.

The role requires 5+ years in operations, strong Excel skills, and experience coordinating in multi-time-zone environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in business operations, corporate administration, or professional services operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft 365 suite.
• Global coordination across multi-time-zone teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish, streamline, and maintain SOPs and governance frameworks for regional workflows.
• Partner with executive leadership to implement policies, risk mitigation, and business continuity plans.
• Monitor operational performance metrics, track deliverables, and produce executive reports.
