Qualifications

• Experience leading finance for manufacturing and supply chain.
• Strong cost analysis, budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Experience with SAP cost accounting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations Finance team—provide financial support to manufacturing and supply chain.
• Drive discipline in the forecasting and capital spending processes.
• Complete cost savings and payback analysis to maximize ROIC.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for manufacturing and supply chain.
• Partner with EM business unit leadership for reporting, forecasting, and results.
• Oversee monthly closings with FP&A Director and Corporate Accounting; ensure US GAAP compliance.
• Develop standardized KPIs to monitor manufacturing metrics and drive action.
• Identify cost reductions and drive continuous improvement across SAP systems.
