Job summary

Magnera Corporation is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Finance to serve as the senior finance business partner for a network of manufacturing sites across the U.S. & Canada.

You will drive financial performance, align operational decisions with financial outcomes, and build a high‑performing finance team. The role requires translating volume, mix, labor, and capital investments into actionable insights, leading planning, forecasting, and KPIs, and partnering with Operations, Supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in manufacturing/ops/supply chain environment.
• Experience supporting multiple sites or distributed operations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and capital investment analysis.
• Proven ability to simplify complex issues and communicate with plant-level and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance partner to site and operational leadership teams.
• Lead annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts and long-range planning across sites.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variances.
• Identify margin expansion, productivity improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams.
