Formlabs in Somerville, MA is seeking an analytical Operational Excellence Lead to drive cross-functional improvements across Global Operations, including Supply Chain, Customer Fulfillment, Planning, and Manufacturing Engineering. You will design strategic studies, establish best practices, and report KPIs to leaders.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinker with a history of delivering results.
• Hands-on people leader capable of inspiring a team.
• Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration including c-suite exposure.
• Experience developing and managing budgets with financial, contract management, strategic planning, and quantitative analysis skills.
• Technical aptitude and ability to work in technical programs.
• Experience with large data analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical strategic studies on supply chain risks, facilities locations, and growth blockers.
• Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders and forecast KPIs across programs or regions.
• Manage multiple programs simultaneously with strong prioritization.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting and dashboards, and manage costs and procurement.
• Develop technology roadmaps addressing Global Operations needs now and in the future.
• Advise senior leadership to drive efficiencies and exceed targets.
