Job summary

Harvard University is seeking a Global Operations and Compliance professional to support the international activities of Harvard Global and affiliated entities. The role oversees planning, governance, HR processes, and risk management across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring timely reviews and adherence to local laws.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience, and familiarity with international regulatory environments, with strong communication and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Familiarity with international operational challenges and solutions.
• 2+ years’ work experience.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in international project administration, particularly in international regulatory compliance, audits, and risk management.
• Experience in higher education or an international non-governmental organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and track operational and compliance activities across Harvard Global entities.
• Coordinate board governance activities, materials, and minutes across jurisdictions.
• Provide HR support for international hiring processes and maintain personnel records.
• Assist with audits, banking, insurance, and systems administration for global operations.
