Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience with Asian subcontracting and electronic component manufacturing.
• Experience with freight forwarding, duty, and customs regulations.
• Daily expediting of orders and updating product status.
• Knowledge of electronic components, cable, cable assemblies, and metal fabrication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent negotiating, planning, and purchasing skills.
• High attention to detail, organization, and computer literacy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced professional office environment.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper levels on Finished Goods inventory by monitoring the MPS/MRP and releasing purchase orders as required.
• Coordinators in Asia subcontract companies and electronic component manufacturers for purchase order administration.
• Interface with project managers on product life cycle.
• Generate month-end reporting.
• Manage data transfer of documents to TK suppliers.
