Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Aftermarket Parts Expeditor to join a leading engineering and construction manufacturing team in Santa Ana, CA. This client-facing role is responsible for ensuring the timely processing, tracking, and delivery of aftermarket spare parts. The position requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule

Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and manage aftermarket spare part orders from entry through delivery.
• Ensure all processes related to orders—including purchase orders, work orders, shipment documentation, and export compliance—are completed accurately and on time.
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams to provide updates, tracking, and estimated delivery timelines.
• Respond promptly to customer issues, complaints, or delays to ensure resolution and maintain high service standards.
• Research, recommend, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and timeliness of spare part deliveries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve competing priorities and logistical challenges.
• Perform other duties as required to support aftermarket operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or manufacturing coursework preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in production, aftermarket, or repair center roles.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
