Job summary

Lam Research in Tualatin, Oregon, is seeking an Operations Analyst Manager to lead a team of 8–10 analysts responsible for actionable insights, scalable reporting, and process improvement across Global Operations.

You will coach the team, drive automation and AI-enabled analytics, partner with business and digital transformation teams, ensure data governance, and translate data into executive-ready narratives to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, data analytics, operations, or related field; 4–6 years of supervisory experience.
Demonstrated experience leading, supervising, or mentoring professional analysts in a global, matrixed environment.
Strong experience developing data visualizations, reports, dashboards, and business insights.
Experience applying AI, automation, predictive analytics, or advanced analytics concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a Operations Analyst team supporting Global Operations analytics, reporting, dashboards, and process improvement initiatives.
Establish team priorities, operating cadence, performance expectations, and accountability for high-impact analytics.
Drive development, automation, and governance of scalable reporting solutions, dashboards, datasets, and self-service analytics.
Integrate AI-enabled capabilities into workflows to reduce manual effort and improve decision quality.
Translate complex operational data into executive-ready narratives and actionable recommendations.
Identify gaps and risks; lead data-driven countermeasures and change management.
