Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking an Operational Risk Manager to support risk programs, governance, and resilience across our global operations. You will partner with internal teams and external partners to identify, quantify, and mitigate loss exposure in manufacturing, supply chain, and warehousing environments.

The role emphasizes governance, continuous improvement, and effective risk communication, with travel up to ~20% to support global sites and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Risk Management & Insurance, Health and Safety, or similar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property loss prevention, risk engineering, operational risk management, or related fields.
• Experience with compliance, auditing, governance, and reporting processes.
• Experience managing external vendors, consultants, and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage global risk activities and monitor program performance.
• Coordinate audits and track remediation actions.
• Engage with stakeholders across Mars locations to advance risk programs.
