Job summary

Requires a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in risk management, strong analytical and communication abilities, and comfort leading cross-functional initiatives in a hybrid in-office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• Seven years of experience in risk management, operational risk management, internal controls, audit, or compliance.
• Experience coordinating risk management, internal controls, audit, compliance, or governance activities.
• Experience conducting control testing and operating effectiveness assessments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end business risk activities including risk assessments, control evaluations, testing, monitoring, remediation and emerging risk trends.
• Support risk management for major PS&SI initiatives, process changes, and transformations with mitigation strategies.
• Recommend process and control improvements to strengthen risk mitigation and efficiency.
• Coordinate risk issue activities from identification to remediation tracking and reporting.
• Develop and maintain risk dashboards and management reports for stakeholders.
